These are the protocols to choose from:

• SLAVE PROTOCOL (CANopen/J1939):
  When you require additional or higher-rated outputs, the slave module serves as an ideal choice for expanding your onboard system. Please be aware that the slave protocol is not compatible with the Keybox Configuration Software (KCS) or Blink Marine keypads. If you wish to utilize Keybox in this manner, you will need the master protocol instead.
• MASTER PROTOCOL:
  If you aim to incorporate Blink Marine keypads into a standalone system for your vehicle or boat, the Keybox master module is likely the solution you seek. It is important to note that the master protocol must be configured using the Keybox Configuration software (free download) and can only be used in conjunction with Blink Marine keypads in the PKP-SI, PKP-LI or PK Series.
